Applications are invited for the BIOS Senior and Junior Fellowship Programme for the Year 2017

Please note that the last date for receipt of the applications has been extended to 19th February 2017

Senior Travelling Fellowship (Age – Over 45) 

BIOS as a part of its Educational Programme, has set up these annual Fellowships, open to established Orthopaedic Surgeons practicing in India.

Selection for the Fellowship

The selection of the 2 candidates for the fellowship on offer is based upon objective assessment by a panel, of academic achievements, professional standing and the overall contribution to Orthopaedics and Trauma. (The third fellow is selected by the Indian Orthopaedic Association – IOA).

Provisional Programme

The fellowship is of two weeks duration. It includes economy class airfares from India, official travel within the United Kingdom, accommodation and subsistence as per prescribed guidelines. The programme includes visiting centres of excellence, and attending the British Orthopaedic Association Annual Meeting.

The Junior Fellowship Tour (Age 45 and Under)
